Great experience from the start. I completed an inquiry online and received a call from Nathalie. She was awesome and really related to me and validated my feelings/concerns. Then I saw Dr. Egan who really took the time to listen through all my symptoms. I asked her to send me the results and she did so immediately. All in all, I recommend this business. I am very fortunate that my daughter suggested I make an appointment at "Now Hear This". I didn't have to wait weeks or months for an appointment. At my initial visit I was warmly greeted by Karina and Dawn. I was introduced to Dr. T and had an informative conversation with her before she performed a very thorough hearing evaluation. She explained the aspects of my hearing loss and fitted me... with a hearing aid that she thought would be most beneficial. When I left her office I was astounded by the things I was hearing as I walked to my car. She had me return for follow up visits to be sure I was satisfied with the aids and reviewed the features and answered my concerns. Several weeks later I began to notice that the hearing aids were not holding the charge. Dr. T tested the aids and concurred they were faulty. She offered another brand to me, fitted them, made any adjustments I wanted. I am extremely pleased with this second set, the way Dr. T addressed my concern, and that she has followed up with me to be sure I am pleased and the aids are working correctly. No additional charge! These people have Customer Service down to a fine art. I have NEVER encountered a practice so customer oriented.Not only did Dr. Tessitore fix my hearing aids she fixed the Bluetooth on my phone as well.Billing will work with you on any issue and actually take the time to explain the charges.Best in the Triangle by far.
