Dr. Samantha Shopovick, AuD, was so thorough, kind and considerate. I usually have a little anxiety having my hearing checked, but she was calm, made sure I understood her clearly, and even contacted the hearing aid manufacturer to see about existing warrantees, saving me a lot of money. I feel very fortunate to have found her and Now Hear This Clinic.

I saw Dr. Egan today for a hearing test and workup to replace my ancient hearing aids. She had been recommended by a friend who is a patient. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Dr Egan is a rockstar. She explained everything she was about to do and gave me an "in english" explanation of the test results and interpretations. Her recommendation for replacement hearing aids were so far spot on and her patience with my phone application was commendable. I highly recommend Now Hear This and Dr. Egan. Great experience. Great experience from the start. I completed an inquiry online and received a call from Nathalie. She was awesome and really related to me and validated my feelings/concerns. Then I saw Dr. Egan who really took the time to listen through all my symptoms. I asked her to send me the results and she did so immediately. All in all, I recommend this business. I am very fortunate that my daughter suggested I make an appointment at "Now Hear This". I didn't have to wait weeks or months for an appointment. At my initial visit I was warmly greeted by Karina and Dawn. I was introduced to Dr. T and had an informative conversation with her before she performed a very thorough hearing evaluation. She explained the aspects of my hearing loss and fitted me with a hearing aid that she thought would be most beneficial. When I left her office I was astounded by the things I was hearing as I walked to my car. She had me return for follow up visits to be sure I was satisfied with the aids and reviewed the features and answered my concerns. Several weeks later I began to notice that the hearing aids were not holding the charge. Dr. T tested the aids and concurred they were faulty. She offered another brand to me, fitted them, made any adjustments I wanted. I am extremely pleased with this second set, the way Dr. T addressed my concern, and that she has followed up with me to be sure I am pleased and the aids are working correctly. No additional charge! The entire staff at Now Hear This has made this entire experience a pleasure. I highly recommend Now Hear This if you have hearing concerns.

This is an excellent practice! I came in today as a new patient, and was in a bind because my insurance is expiring soon. Ms. K made sure I was seen, had an audiogram, and got my hearing aids adjusted TODAY! This is the best audiology experience I’ve had in my 18 years of wearing hearing aids! THANK YOU!

Now Hear This and Dr Egan are both wonderful! I've been to numerous audiologists over the years and they are by far the best. You can buy hearing aids anywhere, but adjusting them to work for you is what really counts, and this is where Now Hear This excels. Believe me - the audiologist matters, and not all audiologists are the same! If this wasn't true, all companies would be simply selling their hearing aids on Amazon and skipping the audiologist al together... but they know their products are only as good as how well they are customized for each individual. Now Hear This is truly customer-focused and fully committed to helping every single patient hear at their full potential. Their knowledge, patience, and commitment is really impressive and their entire business model is built around customer satisfaction. So whether you're getting hearing aids for the first time, or have used hearing aids for years, Dr Egan won't let you down. This is definitely the place to go to hear what you've been missing!

These people have Customer Service down to a fine art. I have NEVER encountered a practice so customer oriented.Not only did Dr. Tessitore fix my hearing aids she fixed the Bluetooth on my phone as well.Billing will work with you on any issue and actually take the time to explain the charges.Best in the Triangle by far.

Dr. Egan took the time to explain all the aspects of my hearing loss and recommended the hearing aids that would work best for my lifestyle. She then gave me guidelines on how to acclimate my life with hearing aids. Dr. Egan and her team were friendly, helpful and efficient. All in all, a great experience.

I have been a patient at Now Hear This since 2012. I initially went to get my hearing aids adjusted by Dr. Philip Griffin. It was remarkable how much better I could hear. When it was time, I purchased new aids and continued to receive excellent service from Dr. Griffin.I am now in the process of buying a second pair of hearing aids and I am having another excellent experience with Dr. Anne Marie Egan. She is a highly trained expert who is very professional. Dr. Egan has individualized my experience based on my specific hearing loss and personal needs. She has been attentive and committed as we make adjustments. Her knowledge and interest in the technology has been essential to the process.Dawn Geda is an outstanding professional and has been so helpful and supportive for almost 10 years. She is always there if any problem or need arises. She also took extra time to investigate my insurance situation.I feel that the staff go the extra mile to make sure my hearing loss is corrected and that I achieve the best hearing possible.Thank you Now Hear This!

I had my first appointment here a week ago, LOVE THEM! From the first time I spoke to them on the phone, to the actual appointment, where Dr. Egan knew what to test for and found the exact issue, they were wonderful, friendly, and professional. Dr. Egan also took time to explain everything to me without me even having to ask, which is so important and so rare in the medical world. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Dr. Egan is there for you, whatever your needs may be. Is it just wax? Is it the fact that you can't hear your wife as she yells across the house? She listens well and recommends exactly what you need- not more, not less. If your lucky, you might even get a handout!
