I went in because my hearing aids weren’t working right. Turns out they just needed a good cleaning and tune-up. I received a review of how to care for them and the opportunity to practice with a team member. We also had questions about future needs, which they answered. I had an earwax impaction successfully removed this morning. The staff was able to see me before my scheduled appointment and took care of the substantial impaction with professionalism and care. What a relief to be able to hear out of my right ear again. War Eagle!

Absolutely the best audiology clinic in the area and the staff are so friendly!  I went to another local audiology clinic and they could never get my hearing aids adjusted right, so I wasn’t wearing them.  Decided to change practices and so glad I did.  Dr. Samantha is wonderful and took the time needed to explain everything to me.  She also removed lots of wax from my ear and has a gentle touch and manner.  Dr. Samantha finally got my hearing aids adjusted to the correct levels…and I can finally hear out of my hearing aids!  Loved all the education she gave me too. I recently made an appointment at Now Hear This. I found them on Google. I liked what I read about their office and staff. I was pleased to see that the office included four women who were well qualified in business together. When I called for an appointment, Karina was able to get me in the next day as I was having a problem with  one hearing aid. Each person I spoke with was pleasant and courteous, and helpful. Madison worked with me when I had my appointment. After examining my hearing aid she explained the problem, and was able to fix it. I felt her care and knowledge was excellent. BIG THANK YOU to Now Hear This!!! Was in Raleigh for a soccer tournament (we're from out of state) and my daughter broke an ear hook diving to save the ball. We were able to come to the office at 8am the next morning and the audiologist gave her a new earhook and changed the tubing. She had us on our way back to soccer in under 30 minutes! The staff are very helpful and friendly. From my initial phone call I felt I had found the right place. Dr Shopovick explained all testing results and treatment options. Felt well informed and comfortable with our choice for treatment. Her staff is wonderful!!!
