I have struggled with finding an Audiology practice for over 10 years, I always felt something was missing. Was I getting a thorough exam? Were they most interested in me purchasing a new set of hearing aids? Regardless of this, I guess I was looking for too much... Until I went to Now Hear This. The entire staff was great. My exam was about as thorough as can be. Dr. Shopovick was friendly, thorough and more than willing to spend as much time as I wanted to answer my many questions. Entire team is so customer focused, competent in their work and caring of their patients and each other. They take the proper amount of time to provide care and build a rapport with their patients.
