On April 5th, Now Hear This® had the honor of providing custom ear impressions for Grammy-winning artist Fantasia Barrino and her band at the Lenovo Center in Raleigh.
Dr. Samantha Shopovick crafted custom ear impressions for Fantasia’s in-ear monitors (IEMs), ensuring comfort, crystal-clear sound, and protection from harmful noise levels during their high-energy performance. Custom earmolds offer a perfect fit, enhanced sound clarity, and hearing preservation, reducing the risk of noise-induced hearing loss for musicians and concert-goers alike. We’re thrilled to support artists like Fantasia in protecting their hearing while delivering unforgettable shows.

Inspired by a patient’s need for community, Dr. Samantha Shopovick launched the “Ear-Resistible” group on the Meetup app, hosting monthly gatherings at local restaurants, bars, or fun venues like yoga classes. Whether you’re new to hearing loss or have lived with it for years, this free group offers support, resources, and a chance to meet others in the Triangle community. Dr. Shopovick joins these events to provide expert insights and foster meaningful connections.
Stepping Up for Hearing Health: Walk4Hearing 2025
At Now Hear This Hearing Aids & Audiology, our heart beats for the hearing loss community, and events like the 2025 Walk4Hearing in Cary, NC, are a cornerstone of our mission. Year after year, we proudly join initiatives that amplify awareness and foster connection for those with hearing loss.
This family-friendly walk at WakeMed Soccer Park (201 Soccer Park Drive, Cary, NC 27606) is a chance to unite and celebrate resilience. The stage presentation begins at 12:00pm, with the walk starting at 12:15pm—please arrive by 11:45am for check-in.
