The Most Advanced Hearing Aid Analysis & Repair

EAA, or Electroacoustic Analysis, is a professional test that allows us to objectively check how your hearing aid is functioning. Using specialized test-box measures, we analyze how much sound the device produces, how clearly it amplifies speech, and whether it is working within safe and expected limits.

Why We Perform EAA on Your Hearing Aids

When a hearing aid isn’t sounding right, EAA helps us determine whether the issue is due to the device itself or something that can be adjusted in the clinic. After a hearing aid returns from repair, we perform EAA to confirm it meets manufacturer specifications and is working correctly before it is returned to you. This testing helps ensure your hearing aids are delivering clear, comfortable sound and performing exactly as they should.

Without EAA, Hearing Aid Repair is Guesswork!

Unfortunately, some audiology practices do NOT follow evidence-based, best-practice protocol. It is critical that you choose a hearing aid clinic that performs EAA testing.
