“Hey guys, it’s Doctor Shopovick, and today we’re going to go over how to track your Starkey Genesis hearing aids in the unfortunate case that you lose one or both of them.
To start, open your My Starkey app. Click on “My Hearing,” and then look for the “Find My Hearing Aids” option in the menu.
This signal bar is important because it shows how close or far away your hearing aids are. If the hearing aids are nearby, the bar will be high, indicating a strong signal. If they are further away, the bar will drop, helping you determine their approximate distance.
This tracking tool is a great feature to use if you ever misplace a hearing aid. However, if you lose a hearing aid, I recommend tracking it immediately. If the hearing aid battery dies, you will no longer be able to track it.
This feature can be incredibly useful, so be sure to familiarize yourself with it just in case you ever need it!”
