Ensuring Continuous Hearing: Our Hearing Aid Loaner Program
Hi, I’m Dr. Egan from Now Hear This, and today I want to talk to you about something that not all of our patients know about—our hearing aid loaner program.
Basically, if you’re one of our established patients and you lose your hearing aids, need to send them out for repair, or face any other situation where you’re temporarily without them, we offer a loaner program. We will program hearing aids specifically for your hearing loss and let you use them until your hearing aid returns or a new solution is reached.

We have had a lot of questions about this, so we conducted a thorough investigation. All the staff at our clinic tried a set of the Bose Sound Control hearing aids. These are the first FDA-cleared hearing aids that you can self-fit, meaning you can just buy them online, which is exciting. If someone is the right fit for these, it makes hearing aids much more accessible and affordable. However, these are only for people with mild to moderate hearing loss.
