“Hi, my name is Nathalie Seferovic and I’m a Patient Care Coordinator at Now Hear This Audiology in Raleigh, North Carolina. I wanted to make a video to explain a little about myself and why I love working at Now Hear This. So, I’m originally from Norwalk, Connecticut, but I’ve lived in Raleigh for the last 23 years, so this is definitely home. I am in nursing school currently and I work at Now Hear This part time, which is really wonderful. I get some of that patient care and medical knowledge from this job that will carry over and vice versa, I obviously get to use some of my knowledge here as well.
I love working here. It is a wonderful environment, and I am lucky to call all of my coworkers friends. Our doctors are passionate about what they do, they care about every patient that walks through the door, and it’s just wonderful to see the transition on people’s faces when they come in and maybe can’t hear as well and we’ll do something for them, whether it be hearing aids or coaching on communication. It’s really wonderful to see people get to live their lives to the fullest and not have a lacking quality of life because they can’t hear well.
So, that’s my favorite part of my job, along with the wonderful people I work with. Just another little tidbit about me: I have a horse, I ride horses. Not competitively anymore, just for fun. That’s one of my hobbies and I also play cello! So, if there are any horse people out there, or musicians come into the clinic, come talk to me! I’d love to hear about it. Come introduce yourself either way! If you’re new, if you just haven’t met me yet, I’d love to meet you and get to know you.
I hope you guys have a good rest of your day and this video taught you a little about me and a little bit about why I love being here. Have a great rest of your day and be safe!”

Hear From Our Patients
“Having been in healthcare for over 30 years and raising 5 children I have needed the care of dozens of Dr’s and healthcare offices. I have visited and consulted with Drs and staff in multiple states as a consultant and provider. Dr Egan and the staff at Now Hear This in Raleigh are superb! Her personal attention and caring attitude is a model for all Drs. I encourage anyone that reads this review to accept nothing but the best in healthcare. Be sure to visit her before making any decisions regarding you or your family’s hearing needs. Thanks for my great care!”
